Account and Admin Assistant (Remote)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• To provide general administrative, operations and marketing support.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment collection and vendor communication.
• Perform bank reconciliation function;
• Other related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in fields such as business, accounting or legal or equivalent.
• Required Language: Mandarin & English,We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Minimum 2-years experiences in full set accounting, if applicable
• Hands-on experience with accounting software;
• Marketing Supporting experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets);
• Able to work independently well under pressure;
• Hybrid Work: Work from Home and Office if needed.
• Work Days: Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm;
