- Ability to think quickly and handle unexpected situations or technical issues during live events.
- Prior experience in hosting live events, or live streams.
- Basic understanding of live streaming platforms, video conferencing tools, or event management software.
- Familiarity with the company’s products, services, or the event’s purpose to speak knowledgeably and engagingly.
- Being on time and dependable is crucial with tight schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the audience entertained, attentive, and actively engaged throughout the live event or broadcast.
- Clearly convey the company’s messages, product information, or promotional content to the audience.
- Respond to live comments, questions, or feedback from viewers in real-time, especially during online events.
- Address any unforeseen technical challenges on the spot, staying composed and keeping the event moving forward.
- Encourage audience participation, whether through polls, contests, Q&A sessions, or other interactive features.
- Maintain a tone, demeanour, and appearance that reflects the company’s brand image and values.
- Participate in post-event discussions or evaluations, providing feedback on what went well and areas for improvement.
