Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify prospects clients and their needs for new business opportunities.
  • Perform sales analysis and identify new business options.
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and prospects.
  • Provide feedback and insights on current market and customer needs to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
  • Develop a unique value proposition that sets our business apart from competitors by recommend a new products and technology to expand the business.
  • Attend conferences and other events to generate leads and network.
  • Collect and analyse data and share the sales report.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in medical industry.
  • Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Passionate in doing sales.
  • Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Possess own transport.
