Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify prospects clients and their needs for new business opportunities.
- Perform sales analysis and identify new business options.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve company goals and targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and prospects.
- Provide feedback and insights on current market and customer needs to senior management.
- Conduct thorough research to understand your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, pricing strategies, and marketing techniques.
- Develop a unique value proposition that sets our business apart from competitors by recommend a new products and technology to expand the business.
- Attend conferences and other events to generate leads and network.
- Collect and analyse data and share the sales report.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in medical industry.
- Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Passionate in doing sales.
- Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
- Possess own transport.
