  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the running of planning and control section of systematic plant maintenance.
  • Coordinate the maintenance (Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Improvement Maintenance) / project work/plan/schedule with the production and other relevant department to minimize downtime and unnecessary delays.
  • Ensure business's equipment and processes operate at optimal levels and meet the needs of the organization.
  • Target to increase equipment uptime, reliability, and efficiency
  • To carry out a yearly planned maintenance scheduled for the financial year.
  • To gather and update plant assets information including spare parts.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that can affect asset reliability such as production machinery, process production equipment, refining equipment, appliances etc.
  • To coordinate with other engineering sections in providing template or work instruction to store trouble shooting guides for specific system and fault modes.
  • Carry out CAPEX project either internally or assisted Engineering Dept.
  • Perform cost saving project either LSS or Kaizen to ensure overall processing cost is manageable.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices.
  • Responsible for all Management System and other relevant external @ internal audit activities for Company.
  • To maintain the manual, procedures and to ensure that records are up to date.
  • To carry out any other jobs as may be assigned from time to time by Management. Adhere to company code of Conduct / operating procedures / rules and health / safety / environment regulations.
