ULTRASOUND APPLICATION SPECIALIST

This position will represent Active Scientific Sdn Bhd for Vinno Ultrasound Systems to our customers. You will deliver a custom-made educational/training program for users and support sales team by applying your clinical expertise to the pre-sales process.

We are continuously looking for talented professionals who want to build their professional careers within Ultrasound. Based in the field, you will travel to clinical sites throughout your allocated territory, representing the company in pre-sales negotiations and in post-sales delivery of educational/training programs.

Position Responsibility:

• Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.
• Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.
• Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• Assess customer's configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training; apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal partners and customers; enable the success of the installation team.
• Professionally handle objections and questions.
• Position yourself as a consultant to both internal and external customers.
• Communicate regularly with local, zone, and management teams.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Act in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Maintain company property.
• Ability to work in ever-changing environments.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sonography, Radiography or any Medical/Science related qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as Application Specialist/Sonographer.
• Extensive customer interface and training skills.
• Extensive interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ultrasound teaching experience would be a bonus.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
• Results and quality-oriented.
• Excellent team player.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to work independently.
• Ability to manage schedule remotely.
• Poses own transport.
• Willingness to travel outstation up to 70%.
• Extensive product and sales training will be provided.
