Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a "hunter," generating leads without an existing pipeline through extensive outreach efforts within the Australian Market.
  • Cultivate and develop potential clients, guiding them through the qualification process to a stage where a technical lead can be involved for solution analysis.
  • Develop and execute sales penetration plans through effective client mapping processes.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, including post-onboarding client servicing to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs, including lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth targets.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, driving results while staying aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

  • More than 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions and services.
  • Experience in client acquisition, developing business opportunities, and growing regional markets is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative.
