Currently our office is located at Damansara Utama. Expected to move to Glenmarie, Shah Alam in 1st Quarter of Year 2025.

  • Assisting in property planning/predevelopment. Conceptual planning proposal for new proposed land. Conducting market study, identify investment opportunities and performing feasibility studies (Project costing to identify the GDV, GDC & GDP of new project).
  • Assisting and work closely with GM in the constant look-out for land or properties for acquisition or joint-venture.
  • Oversee and coordinate all matters related to land acquisition, development planning and product development.
  • Manage overall progress of projects ensuring adherence to timeline and budget constraints. Analyze and resolve project issues in timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate the implementation, management, and technical support of the project team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Supervise detailed design processes and enforce stringent project quality control measures.
  • Ensure timely approval from relevant local authorities, facilitating smooth progress of development activities.
  • Work in close collaboration with support services team to create supportive service plans and agreements, define each project’s target population, unit mix, and incorporate design recommendations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government personnel, consultants, contractors, agencis and others.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
  • Serve as an articulate, visible and effective spokesperson for the organization and its projects.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Building Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in building construction and property development in high rise development and at least 3 years at managerial position is required.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Possess sound knowledge and experience in project planning, technical and tendering, contract administration, construction methodology and authority liaisons.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, project management tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with leadership abilities.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Willing to travel outstation.
