Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Flexible Packaging Printing Division to achieve optimal quality standards, product yield, and meeting customer specifications.
  • Manage new project development and provide necessary technical support.
  • Responsible for production efficiency, reducing wastage/second issue, quality control, KPIs achievement and safety of the operations.
  • Analyze and look for opportunities to improve operational processes, lead cost savings exercises and continuously achieve company targets.
  • Monitor machine performance and liaise with maintenance on machinery issues.
  • Responsible for manpower arrangements, training for new staff, staff appraisal and set strategy plan for target setting and appraisal system.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards for quality, safety, and environmental management.
  • Ensure housekeeping (5S) is well maintained.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication links with the workforce and the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any related field.
  • At Least 5 years of experience with strong knowledge in Flexible packaging printing or engineering experience in the printing industry, particularly in the label & printing industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing production teams.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
