Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall progress to coincide with project master schedule ensuring timely construction progress, quality product and in compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health requirements.
- Liaison with Consultant and local council for authority submission and approvals on timely manner.
- To keep track on any renewal approval from Authorities and to carry out necessary payment request and submissions for renewal.
- To keep track on expiry of deposit validity and payment collection from Authorities.
- Coordination with Consultant and Contractor in obtaining Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) /
- Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) with relevant parties.
- Coordination of the complete project handover process to Property Management, and monitoring of defect monitoring process during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
- Preparation and updating of progress report and proposal required for management approval
- Ensuring all project related processes and documentation are in accordance to the organization’s quality management system and standard operation procedure
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
- Strong analytical skill and able to “deep dive” into details.
- Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders.
