  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for supervision and inspection of work sites to ensure projects are constructed according to schedule.
  • To inspect construction site, verify calculations and perform required measurements.
  • To monitor sub-contractor at work site, site machinery usage, site material planning and etc.
  • To ensure that received building materials are properly inspected, verified, stored and distributed.
  • To report non-conformance of workmanship and materials to the person-in-charge.
  • To perform quality control for assigned projects and ensure that defective works are properly rectified with contractors’ claims meticulously verified.
  • To ensure compliance to safety procedures at the site.
  • To prepare daily site reports for submission.
  • To assist the project manager with administrative and general matters.
  • To ensure overall project activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Certificate in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical & Electrical/M&E) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in the property development/construction industry.
  • Candidate without the minimum qualification but possess extensive relevant working experience will be considered.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Based in Ipoh.
