  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Japanese automotive parts manufacturer (Toyota group) Branch Office in Malaysia is looking for an experienced staff to perform shipping and logistics function.

Job scope:

* Shipping Coordination for Import

* Able to perform full set of import clearance

* Able to issue PI/PO

* Able to issue AP/AR

* Familiar with domestic delivery

* Familiar with Incoterms

* Familiar with Malaysia customs

* Work with shipping forwarders

* Adhoc projects or simulation studies

Requirement:

* Minimum Diploma in logistics/ supply chain or equivalent

* Malaysian

* At least 3 years relevant experience in shipping documentation

* SAP experience is a MUST

* Experience with documents endorsement: Chamber of Commerce, Embassy, EPAs, Form D, E & AK, etc

* Good written and verbal communication skill in Chinese, Malay & English

* Good team work spirit

* Meticulous & dedicated, fast learner, able to cope with high volume workload and meet the deadlines within working hours

* Able to start work at a short notice
