Responsibilities
- Developing, debugging and supporting windows applications, web applications, web services and databases
- In charge of level 2 system support and subordinate coordination.
- Providing technical support and fixing bugs.
- Understanding the dynamics and practices in working with development environment versus a production environment.
- Document necessary information, such as change request, reported issues, customer feedbacks.
- Must have an acute awareness for security and breaches in the development.
- Critical, analytical and forward thinking with problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields
- Able to provide support on demand basis during the off-working hours.
- Basic knowledge of networking, with hands-on experience in MS Office applications and PC installation
- Customer service oriented and good problem solver
- Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience with Software development
- Experienced in .NET, MS SQL, SQL Query.
- Good innovative team player with strong sense of integrity & accountability
- Results oriented and deadline driven
