Job Description:
- Provide daily support and administration on SuccessFactors or Payroll in S/4 Hana.
- Understand the business processes and business requirements of the organization.
- Attending to all issues raised, resolve problems and follow up on the issues.
- Managing & controlling the change request by business user.
- Identify and initiate the process improvements to achieve business requirements.
- Close liaison with business users, vendor and internal support teams.
- Provide high quality support to internal and external users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in HR / IT or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years’ working experience in HR or Payroll systems.
- Familiar with HR & Payroll business processes.
- Experience on SuccessFactors or SAP system will be an added advantage.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
