  • Social Media Management
    • Lead and manage daily social media operations and maintenance of the company’s social media platforms (e.g. META, Tik Tok, You Tube and so forth)
    • Lead in the development and execution of an impactful social media plan and content (strategy, audience targeting, measurements, and analytics) aligning to the company’s overall brand and communication strategy
    • Lead in analyzing social media performance data, reports and act as the main liaison with the social media agency to prepare monthly reports and provide optimization suggestions
    • Lead in day-to-day social media community management and address feedback promptly to enhance user satisfaction.
    • Review and ensure brand and corporate messaging guidelines adhered across all social media content.

    2. Content Planning and Creation

    • Lead in producing high-quality content to enhance the company’s brand visibility and engagement
    • Lead and manage the relevant campaign updates on corporate website promptly based on the requirements and schedule where appropriate. Updates included fund fact sheets, gallery, corporate info, campaigns and so on.
    • Lead in the development of monthly employee e-newsletters.
    • Co-ordinate review of relevant cross departments/units’ collaterals, such as Clients’ collaterals =m to ensure alignment to brand guideline.

    3. Corporate Philanthropy

    • Facilitate the implementation of corporate responsibility programs by working with external and internal stakeholders.

    4. Event Planning and Execution

    • Plan and execute marketing communications and philanthropy activities to increase brand visibility.

    5. General

    • Assist to research and report any potential brand abuse cases monitored by Fraud Watch.
    • To undertake all other duties that may be assigned on ad-hoc basis by the superior/management from time to time.
