  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Designation: Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager

Reports to: Senior Finance Manager / CFO

Manages: Finance Executive

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compile and analyses financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts for the Group reporting
  • Oversee and develop finance process to support operations team
  • Handle project ledgers and analyze actual results against budgets
  • Establish and monitor an internal control framework
  • Day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, reporting and financial analysis
  • Preparation and submission of local tax and statutory requirements
  • Preparation and coordination of external and/or internal audits
  • Attends to other business functions queries to provide data and/or analysis
  • Manage ad-hoc accounting functions and assignments when required

ROLE REQUIREMENT

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
  • Must be a chartered accountant or equivalent

Experience

  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting related roles.
  • Sound knowledge of local statutory reporting requirement
  • Hands-on experience in preparing full set of accounts
  • Good excel skills, experience with SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills especially in English, Malay and Mandarin (Mandarin is preferable as need deal with stakeholders)
  • Independent, meticulous, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines when required
