JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects.
  • Providing detailed updates to the project manager.
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time.
  • Coordination: Facilitate communication between project team members, ensuring that everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for customers or clients involved in the project and documenting their requirements, expectations, and feedback.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Test project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
    • Ensure that documented processes are aligned with organizational objectives and meet quality standards.
    • Conduct regular reviews to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
    • Document current processes, map out workflows, and gather requirements for process optimization.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentation materials.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the project manager or senior management.
  • Qualifications:

    • Candidate Must possess at least Diploma/ Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur.
    • Leadership: As the primary point of contact for team members, you must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement for achieving goals.
    • Organization and time management: Managing the daily activities and needs of an entire team requires an excellent ability to multitask and effectively manage your time.
    • Problem-solving: Although project managers may step in to handle significant problems, you should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance.
    • Positive attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated.
