RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Project Team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal team as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
- Not less than 1 year experience in related field.
- Knowledge of computer will be essential.
- Good English speaking and written.
- Knowledge of production planning will be advantage.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
