Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Hospital Kitchen.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, documentation, and filing related to the kitchen's daily operations.
  • Monitor and update staff attendance records on a daily basis.
  • Track and process staff overtime hours, ensuring accuracy in reporting and timely submission for payroll processing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Hospital Kitchen and Headquarter regarding employee matters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including attendance, leave records, and overtime logs.
  • Ensure that all staff-related documents, including medical certificates, leave forms, and overtime claims, are collected and submitted to HQ HR on time.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports as required by management.
  • Provide assistance with other kitchen-related administrative tasks and projects to improve the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
