CAB has a long and successful history, starting with its first poultry farming activities in Penang, Malaysia way back in the 1970s. The Company has grown to become one of the largest food producers, value added products in Malaysia, providing poultry, marine and frozen food products around the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all marketing activities in all retail outlets.
  • Formulating marketing strategy and undertaking of driving business performance for the Company by strategizing, planning, implementing and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with key persons of all retail outlets and driving team vision to achieve sales KPI.
  • To define and identify the most effective communication channels to promote existing products.
  • To manage digital marketing and social media activities across various social media platforms.
  • To develop advertising opportunities through specialist publication, radio and other advertising media.
  • Generate new sales enquiries and expand market potential to meet performance targets.
  • To keep updated on current marketing trends, competitive analysis, new communication techniques and digital platforms.
  • Planning and generating ideas on monthly and seasonal promotion for new offerings.
  • Carry out other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM and above.
  • Candidate with qualification of Diploma in Sales/ Marketing /Business or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years working experience in retail field and related position.
  • Preferably with leadership qualities and proven track record as Sales or Marketing Manager/ Assistant Manager.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices.
  • Self-motivated and willingness to taking-up new challenges.
  • Good entrepreneurial skills, strong business acumen, resourceful, trustworthy and integrity.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicant must be willing to travel and work remotely in all retail outlets which located in Penang, Kedah & Perak as and when needed.
  • Applicant must be willing to work at Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
