Digital / Web Designer

Job Description

The Web Designer is responsible for maintaining and updating web pages and other graphic assets. This is an integral role on the Digital Marketing team, whose purpose is to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support the Marketing team and company.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with an excellent eye for design and functionality. We are looking for someone who excels at building websites that are easy to understand, navigate, and use, as well as passionate about helping people.

Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary

• Create new landing pages for campaigns
• Designing social graphics and other online marketing assets
• Refresh existing web pages and sites
• Designing interactive experiences
• Ensure high quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Work with a team to deliver successful and polished projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years design experience, UX / UI digital client experience
• Expertise in user interface design
• Creative problem solver and strategic thinker who is self-motivated, well-organized, and proactive, with exceptional communication skills.
• Must be organized, work gracefully under pressure and switch between projects seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration skills; experience working with internal teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
