Job Descriptions:
- Source electronic parts and tools for the team, either in-house or from vendors.
- Coordinate with planners, buyers, and vendors for parts, repairs, and services.
- Manage delivery timelines.
- Help verify monthly claims submitted by engineers.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel plans for the department.
- Maintain department records, files, and databases.
- Monitor office supplies and handle purchasing as needed.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree holder or equivalent in Administration, Management or any related fields.
- Basic soft skill & communication techniques.
- Adequate computing skills such as Windows & Microsoft Office products.
- Ability of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
