You will be working as an Assistant Sales Manager for a global chemical company that specialises in multiple chemical products, such as resins, inks, and others.

Your new role

• Capable of designing and executing sales strategies, including prospecting and follow-up approaches.
  
• Meet individual or team sales goals through negotiation and deal closures.
  
• Manage existing client relationships while generating and expanding new customer accounts, ensuring ongoing follow-up and strong rapport.
  
• Perform market research to identify potential opportunities and assess customer needs.
  
• Track competitor activity by collecting up-to-date information on pricing, products, new releases, delivery schedules, and service levels.
  
• Address customer enquiries or complaints promptly, investigate issues, offer suitable solutions within deadlines, and ensure follow-up for resolution.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Science, or a related discipline.
  
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience in a similar role, ideally within the ink, coating, or printing industries.
  
• A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and convert it into actionable business strategies.
