Description

Primary Objective:

To provide administration functions and ensure the smooth running of Auxiliary Police services operations and contribute the driving sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with teams of APs and to provide efficient security services to the staff, customers, and visitors.
  • To provide professional, efficient, and approachable APs and maintain a high level of customer service to the staff and visitors at all times.
  • To ensure that all security devices (including CCTV Security Systems) are professional, effective, and sensitive and monitored in compliance with agreed standards.
  • To implement and complete APs and Standing Operating Procedures (SOP) as required.
  • To propose SOP amendment to constantly adapt to any new threats.
  • To complete the Emergency Respond Procedures (ERP).
  • To be responsible for the conduct of the APs, make sure that everyone understands their obligations and carried out to acceptable standards.
  • To delegate responsibilities cases in an efficient and responsible manner.
  • To raise any issues of concern to Management.
  • To manage the budget of the AP and be responsible to develop a lean and functional budget.
  • Able to assess a situation quickly, using appropriate action to diffuse the situation and provide an effective course of action.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - .

  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Auxiliary Police or as an Inspector or ASP position services in banking institutions.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in related security services and specifically for banking and financial institutions


  • Good networking skills, confident, proactive and results-oriented.
  • Good communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is preferable but optional.
  • Computer skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good personal attributes – honest and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fit, good eyesight.
  • Ability to maintain control in times of crisis.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive staff for optimum performance.
  • No criminal and adverse civil record criminal records.
  • Attention to detail, able to work independently.
