Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Have strong adaptability, coordination ability, learning ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide on-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, email, printers, and network-related issues.
- Setup, configure, and support MS Windows OS, Windows applications, and other user applications.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting and hardware and software issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure system performance and prevent future issues.
- Escalate issues to the next level of support when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in project rollouts, including installing new systems and technologies.
- Maintain communication with customer until issues or request are fully resolved.
- Perform administrative duties, including scheduling equipment or laptop loaners and organizing shipment to remote sites if required.
