  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the site.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive safety programs, procedures, and training initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold safety standards.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily production, maintenance, and quality control operations.
  • Manage site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently.
  • Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and mentor a diverse team of production, maintenance, and administrative staff.
  • Cultivate a collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Maintenance and Reliability:

  • Develop and execute maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Ensure the reliability and efficiency of all machinery and equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets and resource allocation.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure that product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards.
  • Implement quality control procedures and testing protocols.

Customer Service:

  • Build and sustain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues swiftly.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

  • Manage site budgets, forecast expenses, and optimize operational costs.
  • Initiate cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrial gas production, chemical manufacturing, or the electronics industry.
  • Proven track record in site management, operations oversight, or production supervision.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (ISO 14001) is a plus.
