E-COMMERCE INTERN

An independent, dynamic and well-organized individual responsible in prospecting and developing strong relationships with E-customers in the Malaysian market.

Responsibilities

Account Management

- Assist in setting up operations with platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, B2B, and websites.

- Support sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue and meet targets.

- Liaise with e-Commerce partners and assist in advising on strategies.

- Monitor and reply to customer inquiries and manage follow-ups.

- Help develop and recommend improvements in business processes and customer services.

- Analyze market trends and assist in providing reports to inform future strategies.

- Prepare and present sales reports and analyses post-campaign.

- Analyze promotion effectiveness and follow up on planning.

- Monitor key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, and order statuses.

- Ensure accurate product images and optimized titles/descriptions.

- Identify necessary content to enhance product information.

- Assist in managing end-to-end e-Commerce performance, including sales, availability, pricing, and order management.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Passionate about e-Commerce and digital marketing.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and Photoshop.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt quickly is essential.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
