Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding.
- Handle employee records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and updated.
- Assist in organizing employee training, team-building events, and development programs.
- Manage office administrative duties.
- Support the payroll process, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software (e.g., SQL).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
