Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee records, ensuring all documents are properly filed and updated.
  • Assist in organizing employee training, team-building events, and development programs.
  • Manage office administrative duties.
  • Support the payroll process, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and other documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with HR software (e.g., SQL).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
