Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to promote collaboration.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and updates.
  • Conduct regular meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Maintain organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
  • Handle scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.
  • Resource Management:
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to support project needs.
  • Ensure availability of necessary equipment and materials for various departments.
  • Track and report on resource utilization and budget adherence.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively.
  • Address any conflicts or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and improve processes.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all projects and activities comply with company policies and standards.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into company operations.
  • Others:
  • Monitor the overall Truck movement.
  • Communicate with customer on Bookings.
  • Arrange truck for the Shipment.
  • Submit monthly KPI report to Customers.
  • To prepare presentation for Clients every 3 month.
  • Do a detailed trucking report for weekly billing.
  • Submit PODs on time to Customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an operational role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of security industry regulations and standards.

Work Environment:

  • May require working additional hours, including nights and weekends, depending on operational needs.
  • Some travel may be required for off-site meetings or events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
