  • Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
  • ·Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
  • Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
  • Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
  • Updating all records of purchased products.
  • Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
  • Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage).
  • Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule.
  • Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
