- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing.
- ·Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
- Update inventory and ensure that stock levels are kept at appropriate levels.
- Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
- Updating all records of purchased products.
- Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
- Liaise with supplier for all matters (product defect, claims, complaint and delivery shortage).
- Responsible for creating sales order, lead-tracking, sourcing, purchasing and ensuring all shipments are delivered per schedule.
- Assist in additional task that assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
