岗位职责

  • 负责游戏的日常运营活动,处理、解答玩家提出的游戏问题
  • 通过玩家意见收集,整理游戏建议和意见,及时反馈给运营部门跟进
  • 负责运营数据的收集和分析,提出运营改进方案,改进产品体验
  • 以用户的角度对产品提出改进需求,高效解决用户问题,加强与用户的联系

岗位要求

  • 无需工作经验,欢迎应届毕业生,但需具备良好的沟通能力
  • 良好的英语和华语读写能力,工作需使用英语与用户进行交流;使用华语与研发部门沟通
  • 经验不限,热爱游戏优先考虑
  • 有较强的数据分析与逻辑分析能力,具备良好的文案写作能力
  • 具备以下品格:积极主动、耐心、细心、责任感强、具有良好的团队合作意识
  • Minimum Education: A-LEVEL/PRE-U/DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT

Joygo Sdn Bhd incorporated in November 2023, is set up for marketing and promotion of Inspire Games (HK/SG/CN) game products, mainly focusing on Southeast Asia market. The company is in the process of building an operations and customer service team, with a projected headcount of 30.

Going forward, Joygo aims to leverage the economic growth potential in Malaysia and Southeast Asia to diversify its business ventures. This includes exploring opportunities in consumer electronics, Multi-Channel Networks (MCN), the catering industry, import-export trade, and more. The goal is to create a platform where every ‘Joygoer’ can share in the company’s success and benefit from its growth.

Job Description and Responsibility

  • Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players’ queries and issues
  • Actively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvement
  • Perform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players’ perspectives to optimize users’ experience
  • Ensure high quality service standards are met, maintain and/or increase customer connections
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as needed

Requirements

  • No experience required, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential
  • Customer-focused orientation - prioritize customers’ satisfaction
  • Mental strength - capacity to endure pressure or uncertainty without becoming negative towards self or others
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Minimum Education: A-LEVEL/PRE-U/DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
