Field Force Manager

Job Description

Leads in running and managing the day-to-day retail field force execution to achieve retail compliance and sales target KPIs;

Leads strategy and action planning that will drive sellout by proposing strategic and efficient use of retail investments to ensure strong sales and presence in the field;

Leads in the recruitment, training and development of quality fieldforce by establishing daily work and learning processes, guidelines and monitoring and reporting in terms of store visits/attendance/cust.

Job Requirement

At least 5 years of related work experience preferred;

With a sound knowledge of retail field force sales operations, with a strong understanding of labor laws;

Excellent attention to detail;

Strong written and verbal communication skills;

Strong project management skills and sensitivity toward deadlines;

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly organize and prioritize workload requirements;

Proven track record as a resourceful self-starter who is creative and comfortable working
