Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute social media strategies that align with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Design, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for different audiences and platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor, respond, and engage with followers, building a positive and interactive community.
• Work with Design and Content Teams: Partner with internal teams to develop high-quality, visually compelling content and promotional materials.
• Track and Optimize: Analyze performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.
• Influencer Collaborations: Assist with influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage Paid Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to oversee paid social media campaigns, managing budgets and objectives.
• Social Media Calendar: Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Platform Expertise: Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms, along with their management tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling, on-brand content.
• Analytics Proficiency: Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to drive performance.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Creativity: A creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content and storytelling.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bonus: Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus!
