Job Responsibilities:

1. User Acquisition & Growth:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to attract and acquire high quality users.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of acquisition strategies, optimizing user acquisition channels to drive growth.

2. Engagement & Retention:

  • Design and implement initiatives to boost user engagement, encourage desired behaviors, and minimize churn.
  • Enhance long-term user engagement and loyalty through personalize interactions and incentives.

3. Reactivation & Win-back:

  • Craft and manage campaigns to re-engage inactive users and revive lapsed accounts.
  • Analyze reasons for user churn and design targeted win-back activities to attract users back.

4. Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Utilize data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Generate regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations for strategy improvement.

5. User Segmentation & Targeting:

  • Develop targeted campaigns for different user segments to personalize the user experience and drive specific actions.
  • Ensure marketing activities are effective and tailored to different user groups.

6. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and deliver a cohesive user experience.
  • Address issues in cross-departmental collaboration, such as communication gaps and resource conflicts, to drive team goals.

7. User Lifecycle Management:

  • Strategically manage each stage of the user lifecycle to foster long-term relationships and maximize user value.
  • Design and implement strategies for various stages of the user lifecycle to optimize user engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, English or related major, outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.
  • English and Mandarin can be used as working languages. It is better to have working experience in Internet giants and VIP customer service experience.
  • Good client-server awareness, flexible thinking, and strong learning ability.
  • Good at communication and has a good team spirit.
  • Data Analysis and regular proactive reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:
