  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Job Scope:

Required to perform quantity surveying duties necessary for the efficient operation of the office.

Duties (Key Responsibilities):

  • Handles specific large or medium scale projects with assistance from Project Executives and Project Assistants; oversees all team projects handled by Senior Team Leaders/Team Leaders/Senior Project Executives [where applicable to the relevant team].
  • Assists the Technical Director/ Senior Assistant Technical Director in the day-to-day running of the team.
  • Preparation of final accounts, measurement of variations, measurement for Bills of Quantities and estimates.
  • Carry out editing and quantity checks on all Bills of Quantities.
  • Carry out training of all team members in quantity surveying matters.
  • Report on status of all projects handled on monthly basis.

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours):

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience except candidate with exceptional qualities.
