  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The SEM Engineer will be responsible for inspection of parts with the aid of optical and electron microscopy to determine the root cause of process related failures and customer field failures. The Engineer will also be responsible for operating and collecting data using material characterization equipment for the IMI (Incoming Materials Inspection) process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain equipment in good working order
  • Manage and perform product inspection
  • Perform failure analysis with various microscopy techniques to determine the root cause for customer failures
  • Maintain detailed records and generate inspection reports as necessary
  • Operate materials characterization equipment in support of production efforts
  • Coordinate daily activities with the Research Engineer to support production schedules

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • BS degree or equivalent required in following discipline: Science, Technology, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics
  • 3 years experience in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience operating electron microscopes preferred
