Job Title: Software Solution Sales Engineer (Presales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrier software products such as CRM, CBS, VAS, and IPCC presales business.

  • Proposal Handling: Correctly understand customer requirements, provide customized proposal replies, highlight solution advantages, identify customization requirements and risk clauses.
  • BOQ preparation: Analyze the customer's business volume parameters and output a deliverable, profitable, and competitive BOQ based on the solution.
  • Solution design: Provide competitive solution design based on customer requirements and Huawei solutions.
  • Communication with customers: Participate in customer communication/guidance, support technical clarification, effectively convey solution advantages, influence customer requirements, and resolve customer doubts.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of technical architecture and solution design for Carrier Software Product.
  • At least one year's experience in R&D, pre-sales, or delivery of one or more fields of carrier software products. Experience in charging, Mobile Money, or IPCC is preferred.
  • Good communication skill and team work spirit. Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, empathy, communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
  • Proactive, innovative, ability to communicate easily and effectively at all levels in the organization.

Overseas business trip is required.
