To ensure the employees' monthly payroll are paid correctly and on time. Performs all activities to process payrolls, including maintaining related records and filing personnel tax reports.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of human resources matters including hiring, strategic planning, orientation and training for new employees, compensation and benefits packages and other HR related support services.
  • Responsible for payroll management, including preparing and processing payslips.
  • Timely processing of monthly payroll and submission to all statutory bodies including KWSP, LHDN, SOCSO, EIS etc.
  • Ensure compliance of HR policies with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle the administration of the staff access cards and attendance system.
  • Maintain a proper document control system.
  • Handle payroll preparation by providing relevant data (bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Provide administrative support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a payroll office performing all payroll functions and with hand-on experience with a payroll system
  • Basic knowledge in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (spoken and written) will be an additional advantage.
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
