Job description

Create marketing plans for better customer service experience, retain customer loyalty, and facilitate organic growth.
Analyse and compile accurate reports.
To identify new customers / businesses through platforms such as advertisements, associations, directories, online business portals, and marketing websites.
To identify new customers within different industries in the local market.
To increase the presence of the company brand in the market and enhance market awareness of the product and service offered by the Company.
To review and improve current offline/online marketing material such as company profiles, product catalogues, newsletters, and company websites.
Assist the management in monitoring the effectiveness of online marketing material.
Monitor new sales enquiries and forward them to the sales department for follow-up.
Plan and manage Company business portfolio / territory / business according to market development strategy.
Develop a marketing plan to increase the presence of the company brand in the market.

Competencies

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Minimum qualification Diploma in related position.
1-2 years of working experiences in the related filed is required for this position.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Proficient in MS Office application.
Ability to prioritize workload with good time management.
