  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Prior resort engineering admin experience is essential.

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for the overall Engineering HR cum Admin (Procurement, Logistic, IT, HR, Office Admin, and coordinate/liaise with other relevant Group Support Departments / Sales / Operations) functions.
  • Ensure that all Engineering HR cum Admin operation activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to.
  • Responsible for the admin budget. Monitors and reports any abnormalities.
  • Register, monitor, and renew Engineering licenses, utilities, attendance, health, safety, and Engineering assets.

Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree and/ or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Knowledge of Mandarin language is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to the HR admin and payroll is a prerequisite.
  • At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be IT / ISO literate.
