- Minimum 2 or 3 working experience as Front Office Supervisor
- positive attitude and excellent communications skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team
- Highly focused, have excellent communication, leadership and people skills
- Command of the English language both written and verbal
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Possess own car
Tasks & responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
- Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
- Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
- Build strong relationship and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping.
- Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
- Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit
- Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods
- Review and respond guest feedback on a d daily basis
- Any task as assigned by Directors
