  • Minimum 2 or 3 working experience as Front Office Supervisor
  • positive attitude and excellent communications skills. Experience of motivating and leading a winning team
  • Highly focused, have excellent communication, leadership and people skills
  • Command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
  • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation
  • Build strong relationship and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping.
  • Verify that accurate room status information is maintained and properly communicated
  • Review daily front office work and activity reports generated by Night Audit
  • Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods
  • Review and respond guest feedback on a d daily basis
  • Any task as assigned by Directors
