Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure proper update, filing and maintenance of records and documentations.
- Send the product information to the customer via fax or email.
- Respond to customer queries through various channels (phone, email, chat) and relay the relevant information to the appropriate salesperson in their absence.
- Prepare brochures.
- Arrange product sample and marketing material to customers on time.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System.
- Participate in Internal quality audit activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
- Reaching out to customers via phone or email to address inquiries and gather any missing information.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
- Liaising with Planning Department on customer orders.
- Support sales team in preparing quotation to customers
- Participate in trade shows & exhibition.
- Provide required support for all Sales Business units & Marketing
