How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Objective:

  • Mainly involve in account month end closing and support to key in the journals in both core GL system (KCore Gl and Computron GL). Also involve in audit schedules and reconciliation (including inter-company) preparation as part of the Finance control on the accuracy of the reporting figure

Job Responsibilities:

  • Involve in KCore GL month end GL closing posting process to ensure month end closing process within deadline.
  • Support month-end closing including journal input and filing to meet the month end closing deadline.
  • Efficient reconciliation between register (premium, comm and claims) vs general ledger to ensure the accuracy of reporting.
  • Arrange for Inter-co payment on shared services provided (AmBank shared)
  • Efficient reconciliation between sub-ledger vs General Ledger on Balance Sheet item in Computron Business Process Administration.
  • Execute day to day operations in line with SOP across all support functions Compliance and Governance.
  • Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Ensure practice of good corporate governance.

Job Requirement:

  • Preferable degree in Accounting and Finance.
  • Has basic accounting knowledge and Intermediate Excel skills
  • 1-2 years working experience will be added advantages
  • Fresh graduate in Accounting background are encourage to apply.
