- To have flair and creative in the design proposal
- To attend regular coordination/site meetings to ensure that the architectural works are being carried out in accordance with contract documents.
- To prepare conceptual sketch proposals, submission drawings, construction detail drawings, and necessary documents for coordination / Tender / Meetings.
- To liaise and coordinate with related parties including clients, consultants, authorities, etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Architecture, Riba Part 3 or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Revit Intermediate, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, and BIM
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia,
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
