  • Provide administrative support to the project's staff, leaders, and relevant departments in a professional and timely manner, including but not limited to office supplies & equipment, handling inquiries, vehicle arrangement and etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing (coordinating) the security team and cleaning staff to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Establish a system, take charge, assign drivers to vehicles, and manage daily employee transportation.
  • Assist with organizing key project activities, such as internal or external visits or inspections.
  • Create and implement an effective system for both paper and digital record keeping and filing.
  • Delegate tasks as appropriate to other team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or Human Resource Management or Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Preferable 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) and other office management applications.
  • Good communication abilities both in writing and speaking.
  • Possess the ability to multitask and prioritize a daily assignment in a stressful work setting.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Sungai Buloh, Selangor (Office located in front of Penjara Sg. Buloh).
