We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Telesales/Marketing Manager to lead our telesales operations and optimize phone-based marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and maximize returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to drive product and service sales via phone across Southeast Asia.
- Align telesales efforts with overall marketing strategies, ensuring the seamless integration of phone campaigns with digital and offline marketing channels.
- Continuously refine phone sales scripts and pitches to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of telesales agents, ensuring they are highly motivated and equipped to meet sales targets.
- Establish performance goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and driving a high-performance culture.
- Provide ongoing training and development programs to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
- Implement data-driven strategies to maximize revenue through phone-based sales, focusing on optimizing conversion rates, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee the entire telesales funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring continuous improvement at each stage of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the telesales team.
- Implement CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and ensure efficient follow-up on sales opportunities.
- Manage the integration of telesales efforts with other marketing channels, such as email, WhatsApp, and social media, to create a cohesive, multichannel approach to customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the affiliate marketing and digital marketing teams to ensure synergy between phone-based sales efforts and broader marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on telesales performance data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on how to optimize campaign effectiveness.

- Ensure that all telesales efforts align with best practices for customer engagement, delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Develop strategies for customer retention through personalized phone interactions, loyalty programs, and targeted follow-up campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in telesales or phone-based marketing
- Proven track record of driving revenue through phone-based sales and optimizing telesales campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Experience in managing large telesales teams and driving performance through effective leadership and coaching.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of telesales and phone-based marketing techniques, including scriptwriting, objection handling, and closing sales.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a high-performing telesales team.
- KPI-driven, with a strong focus on ROAS, conversion rates, and overall sales effectiveness.
