1. Provide technical support in design and implementation with good knowledge of Office, Campus and Enterprise networking infrastructure.
2. To assess, architect network solution and implement according to customer’s business, technical and operational requirement.
3. Assist pre sales in bidding efforts involving solution architecting, preparation of BOM & quotation, liaising with vendors on technical specifications, solution verifications, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts and other related activities.
4. Work with customers, vendors and internal team and responsible for end-to-end design and integration.
5. Lead & participate in RFPs (Request for Proposal) & IPF (Investment Proposal) preparation, conclude the solution with costing & seeks for upper management endorsement for project rollout.
6. Lead AOP (Annual Operating Plan) or business plan preparation in accordance to the enterprise team strategy & requirement.
7. Deal with vendors on project requirement and information gathering.
8. Method of Procedure (MOP) preparation and lead for integration between customers, vendors and operation on new system hardware/software deployment/upgrade/optimization.
9. Assist and joint troubleshooting with operation and vendors for critical incident.
10. Project completion handover documentation preparation.

About You

1. Bachelor's or associate's degree in Telecommunication/Computer Science/IT/Networking or equivalent.
2. Minimum 8 years experience in design and implementation of enterprise network and security (or relevant)
3. Hands-on expertise in network and security devices such Router, Switches, Next Generation Firewall, IPS and Loadbalancer.
4. Experience working with firewalls, proxy systems, logging, IPS/IDS and other security devices.
5. Experience implementing Enterprise network security and controls best practises in accordance to NIST/CIS/ISO 27001 and 27002
6. Experience working with Cisco/Fortinet/Aruba/Huawei/H3C/Juniper networking hardware and OS.
7. Experience in common IT landscape for enterprise customer environment
8. Certified with Huawei/Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/Aruba in switching/routing/security/cloud as technical foundation and/or EACOE Enterprise Architect/TOGAF is an added advantage.

Functional/Technical Competencies:
1. In depth knowledge and hands-on configuration experience of STP/VRRP/HSRP/OSPF/ISIS/BGP/MPLS/QoS/IPv6/VPN Tunnel/SDWAN/DCHP.
2. Knowledge of networking technologies (LAN, Wireless, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, SD-WAN,SDN etc.).
3. Knowledge in network security, infra and end point security, and cloud security.
4. Knowledge of AWS, Azure and Google Cloud services is an added advantage.
5. Fast learner and very adaptable to new or unfamiliar technology.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Good command of both spoken and written English.
8. Good documentation and proposal writing skills.
9. Good inter-personal and communications skill with all levels.
10. Self-motivated, self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
11. Able to work under tight schedule to meet stringent project timeline.
12. Possess own transport.
