We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team and help us monitor our current operations to ensure our organization is as efficient as possible among all subsidiary companies of Ge-Shen Corporation Bhd.

Industrial Engineer responsibilities include ensuring products meet established quality standards and reducing inefficiency. They analyze operations and design workflows and production processes to reduce loss along the way while still meeting customer needs.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :-

  • Responsible improvement processes among all the subsidiary companies of Ge-Shen Corporation Bhd.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Company's strategic goals related to manufacturing, system engineering and operational excellence.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Line Industrial and cycle time improvement include the line capacity study.
  • Line layout design based on process.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team in industrial engineering and operational excellence.
  • Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
  • Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel. Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time.
  • You are required to comply with all Safety & Health and Safety Legislation, i.e. FMA, OSHA, EQA etc.
  • To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 45001 requirement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (Must have Industrial Engineering background such as :-

  • Time study and OEE data analysis
  • Capacity planning
  • Auto Cad
  • Carry out productivity improvement project.
  • Takt time and crew to takt
  • Layout designing
  • Workload leveling / Line balancing
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills (English & Malay language)
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 years above working experience as Industrial Engineer
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
