Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for sales admin documentation, Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”), loan documentation, billings by ensuring the procedures and performances are in order and in compliance with procedures and policies in the areas of credit control, sub-sale matters, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession and transfer of titles.
  • Ensure data has up to date records in property software system by maintaining appropriate filing system of purchasers’ records, collections and documentations as per SOP compliance.
  • To perform all relevant liaison and coordination with sales agents, purchasers, solicitors, bankers and interdepartmental to ensure timely execution of Sale & Purchaser Agreement and Loan Agreement.
  • To attend to execution of SPA and loan documentation, issuance of letter of undertaking to end-financiers and day to day credit and administration job function/correspondences/activities.
  • Ensuring that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on time pertaining to the execution of SPA, reminders and billings.
  • To assist and reviews end- financier administrative paper works and any other documentation compilation related to conveyancing matters.
  • To monitor the progressive billings, reminders and notice of termination to purchasers/end-financiers in accordance to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
  • To ensure timely billings and collection of progressive billings and proper handling of loan documentation.
  • Ensure the application/renewal of Developers’ License and Advertising Permits and/or other relevant permits required in the course of marketing and sales and are valid all times.
  • Ensure EF submission, APDL, pricing etc.
  • Assist in project launches and others related events when required.
  • Any other duties/ task assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
  • Knowledge of Sales Administration and IFCA software, MSOffice applications.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays and willing to work on rotation basis and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
