Position Overview

We are looking for a Credit Evaluation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all applications for credit and financial products are thoroughly verified and assessed according to the company's credit policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and information provided by customers during the credit application process;
  • Conduct credit checks and review credit reports to assess customers' creditworthiness;
  • Evaluate the financial position of customers to determine their ability to repay credit;
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of all verification activities and outcomes;
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and effective communication of verification outcomes;
  • Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in the verification process;
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

  • A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a financial services environment;
  • Sound knowledge of financial and credit-related products and services;
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
