- Preparation of payment applications to the Employer, ensure all measurement documents and payment
applications are accurate; - Preparation and review of tender documents;
- Preparation and Review of subcontracts to ensure terms and conditions align with project requirements and company policies, identify and address any potential risks or issues within the subcontract agreements;
- Subcontractor Measurement Management. Manage the measurement and valuation process for subcontractor, ensuring that all work is accurately measured and recorded;
- Liaise with the Employer, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
- Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring they are completed efficiently and align with
project and organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant experience in managing payment
applications, subcontractor tenders, contract reviews. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying, contract management, and tender
management
