Quantity Surveyor

• Preparation of payment applications to the Employer, ensure all measurement documents and payment
  applications are accurate;
• Preparation and review of tender documents;
• Preparation and Review of subcontracts to ensure terms and conditions align with project requirements and company policies, identify and address any potential risks or issues within the subcontract agreements;
• Subcontractor Measurement Management. Manage the measurement and valuation process for subcontractor, ensuring that all work is accurately measured and recorded;
• Liaise with the Employer, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring they are completed efficiently and align with
  project and organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant experience in managing payment
  applications, subcontractor tenders, contract reviews.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying, contract management, and tender
  management
